1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Structiq ("we", "our", or "the service") at structiq.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Structiq is an AI Citation Intelligence platform that helps brands understand and improve how AI systems (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Bing Copilot) see and cite their websites. Our service includes:

AI visibility scans and analysis of your website URLs
AI Visibility Score (0–100) and citation likelihood metrics
Quick fixes and recommendations
Competitor comparison (Pro plans)
Deep crawl: we fetch sitemap.xml, select up to 10 high-priority URLs (homepage, category, product, blog), run AI visibility analysis on each, and aggregate into a domain-level score (Pro plans)
LLMS.txt file generation (Pro plans)
PDF reports and email alerts

We crawl publicly available content from URLs you submit to generate reports. We do not guarantee that AI systems will cite your site; our scores and recommendations are estimates based on analysis and best practices.

3. Account & Registration

You may use the free tier without signing in. For Pro features, you must provide a valid email address and sign in via our magic link. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit URLs for sites you do not own or have permission to analyze
Use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without permission
Use automated tools to scrape or overload our systems

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse or violation of these terms.

5. Crawling & Data

When you submit a URL, we crawl publicly available content (titles, meta tags, headings, structured data, and text) to generate your report. We do not use your site content to train public AI models. Our use of crawled data is limited to analysis and report generation. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Payment Terms

Pro plans (one-time AI Citation Audit, Pro monthly) are paid via Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms and our pricing. One-time purchases are final; monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time (e.g. via Stripe customer portal). Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Structiq, our logo, and the service (including software, design, and content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission. Reports and content we generate for you are for your use; you may use them for your business purposes. You retain ownership of your website content.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AI SYSTEMS WILL CITE YOUR SITE, THAT YOUR SCORE WILL IMPROVE, OR THAT OUR RECOMMENDATIONS WILL ACHIEVE SPECIFIC RESULTS. AI visibility scores and citation likelihood are estimates based on analysis and best practices, not guarantees. We are not responsible for third-party AI systems, search engines, or changes to their algorithms.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRUCTIQ AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS (OR $100 IF GREATER).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Structiq and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will post the updated date at the top. Material changes may be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Structiq operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
